  • 2 small apples
  • 1 tablespoon creamy The Amazing Chickpea butter
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup milk of choice


  1. Core apples and cut into chunks for easier blending. Blend until smooth.
